Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Hondo's Flap House. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Physical Products
If you are not satisfied with a physical product, you may request a return and refund within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfillment.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of us receiving and confirming the returned item, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
The following are not eligible for return: items that have been used, damaged (not caused by shipping), or are missing original packaging.
Digital Products (Courses, Videos, Downloadable Content)
All digital products are non-refundable once purchased.

This includes but is not limited to: online courses, streaming videos, downloadable instructional materials, and any form of digital access.

Due to the nature of digital content — once accessed, it cannot be "returned" — we are unable to offer refunds in order to protect creator rights and prevent misuse.

Exceptions
If a digital product is completely inaccessible due to a technical issue on our end, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will review the situation and provide assistance or compensation as appropriate.
